Government and disaster-recovery teams do essential work — and lose nights, weekends, and winnable bids to the mechanics of responding. RFP Pilot exists to take that weight off, without ever putting a word your firm can't stand behind in front of a buyer.
A solicitation drops. Someone reads eighty pages by hand to find the requirements. Senior people burn the weekend writing narrative from a blank page. And the whole time, the real risk isn't a weak answer — it's a missed pass/fail gate buried in the boilerplate, or an AI shortcut that confidently invents experience the firm doesn't have.
RFP Pilot reads the raw solicitation, extracts every requirement, and drafts first responses grounded in your own past work — citing its sources and flagging the gaps instead of fabricating. Fast, and honest. Those two things usually trade off. The entire point of RFP Pilot is that they don't have to.
We're starting where the need is sharpest and least served by the existing tools: state & local government and disaster-recovery responders — the CDBG-DR, FEMA, and short-fuse world that the federal-contracting and commercial proposal tools were never built for.
